Director General İsmet Yazıcıİsmet Yazıcı was born in 1968. He graduated from Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of Hacettepe University in 1992. He joined Nortel Netas as R&D Engineer in 1993. İsmet Yazıcı got postgraduate degree from Political Science of Marmara University in 1998 and MBA degree from University of Texas in 2000. Lastly, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2011. He carried out Marketing and Business Development executive roles in Nortel Turkey, Romania and USA until 2009. İsmet Yazıcı joined Turkcell Group in 2009. He started working as Globaltower Sales and Business Development Assistant General Manager and was appointed as General Manager of Globaltower in February, 2010. İsmet Yazıcı has been supporting the special projects of Turkcell Group under International Business since August 2011. Married, has a son and a daughter.
