CCIS (Customer Care Internet Service) allows you to control the rest of balance, the rest of traffic and the validity of included services directly online.

The provision of services.

The service is provided automatically to all subscribers.   Details of provision of CCIS to corporate subscribers you can find here.

Access to the CCIS.

In order to use CCIS, you must enter your 7-digit phone number and password.

You can set the password via USSD-request *120*9#. The password that you set via a USSD-request may contain from 4 to 8 digits.

In case you have forgotten your password, simply enter a new one, using USSD-menu *120#.   If the password is entered incorrectly 5 times, you will need to enter additional symbols from the Capcha image.

The usage of CCIS.

After entering the login and password subscriber gets to the page "Personal information about customer", in which he sees the his name, second name and surname, the name of tariff plan and the current balance of basic and bonus accounts.   In addition, the page contains the following links:

-   The payment: displays the amount, date and method of credited payments for the last 6 months.

-   A summary information about customer's contract:   This page displays customer's name, name of the service plan, the method of paiments, the current balance of basic and bonus accounts and the rest of provided megabytes, minutes, SMS, MMS in activated services and the term of their validity.

-   Information about the contracts included in the treatment: this page displays a list of phone numbers and the name of the tariff plan, the status of the contract, PUK1-code to unlock PIN-code of all the numbers, which are included in one treatment

-   Activation of online services:  on this page you can add / delete additional services provided in life:).

WARNING!   Everything is happening in the CCIS into your account, it is considered as actions taken by you on your initiative or with your knowledge.   To prevent fraud and financial losses, do not pass information about your password to third parties (§ 3.3.1 agreement for the provision of telecommunication services).   All acts performed in the CCIS are recorded using special equipment.

-   Change the password to the CCIS:   You can change the password assigned by you through USSD *120#.   Password defined by CCIS may includes both numbers and letters of different registers, from 4 to 8 characters

When you exit the CCIS we recommend you to use the button "Exit".   It allows you to shut down page safely.  

Features of CCIS corporate subscribers.

Only Administrator can add / delete additional services in CCIS. CCIS Administrator rights are available for subscriber numbers, specified in the statement.   Statement issued at the life:) Service Senters or on the letter-head of the company, confirmed by the seal and signatures of the head and chief accountant.

The administrator login at CCIS allows subscribers to add or remove additional services to one number or to a selected group of numbers without issuing additional documents and making them available to a service center life:).

All actions of the administrator at CCIS are acts committed with the consent and on behalf of the entity.

Subscribers of the legal entity that do not have the administrator login can see in CCIS the following information:

• the name of the legal entity;
• phone number in international format;
• method of settlement of the personal account;
• status of the current balance of the main account or limit of the corporate balance and in the presence of - the balance of personal accounts (for subscribers of the tariff plan "New Super Business life:)» and «New State Corporation");
• rest of minutes, megabytes, SMS, MMS included in the service and the duration of these services.
