For the porting of your number you are firstly to address to the operator whose subscriber you are at the moment. The second step is addressing to the life:) exclusive points of sales and serving. How is the process of porting of the number realized? The process of porting of the number starts at the centers of serving of subscribers of the previous operator (that means the operator whose services you are going to stop using). Here you need to submit an application for porting the number into another network. Then your sim-card will be deactivated (the porting number becomes not available till the moment of porting into the new network) and you will be given the permission form where the porting number and registered number of your application will be indicated. The term of validity of the permission form – is 30 days from the date of issue. After receiving the permission form you need to address to the service center life:). Can I port my number several times? You can port your number several times but not earlier than 90 days pass after the last porting of your number. If I changed my mind can I withdraw the application for the porting of the number? The subscriber has the right after applying for the service Number portability to withdraw this application till addressing to the new operator. In this case the previous operator restarts rendering telecommunication services for this subscriber for his number without charging. Will I have the previous sim-card or the new one after the porting of my number? Your previous sim-card will be deactivated after the porting of the number. You will have to arrange the agreement with the new operator and receive the new sim-card with your number saved completely. Can I be refused to be provided with the service Number portability? The reasons for the refusal in providing the service Number portability are the following: - the permission form for the service is not valid (more than 30 days from the date of issuing); - the order of applying for the service is not kept; - the number belongs to work, test, service numbers; - the application for the portability of the number contents wrong data; - the ban for the service is valid (less than 90 days pass from the date of the previous portability of the number). If you have financial obligations to the previous operator, the service Number portability can be postponed till the moment of payment all of them. It is important to know: the previous operator is to issue the permission form on the same day when the subscriber applied in case of absence of debts and payment for the service Number portability (it means that the previous operator hasn't right to delay the issue of the permission form).
