life:) pre-paid subscribers have two accounts: main and bonus.

Main account is used for paying life:) services. Subscriber refills main account by himself  via any convenient top up method. Money which are put by subscriber to main account affect the refill condition for ”FREE life:)” tariff plan and possibility to use all life:) services in full volume.

Bonus account is credited with bonuses (encouragements) from life:) within various campaigns. When debiting money from bonus account for life:) services 1 bonus is equivalent to 1 ruble.

Conditions of crediting of bonuses depends on rules of each particular Campaign. In case the subscriber takes part in several campaigns with bonuses, all credited bonuses are accumulated on the bonus account.

There are several basic conditions related to bonus account, which don’t depend on terms of the particular Campaign.

1. While using services money from bonus account is credited after main account exhausting;
2. Subscriber can use money from bonus account for following life:) services (the list of the given services is settling):
   • Outgoing calls and videocalls, SMS and MMS to all life:) numbers;
   • Outgoing calls to other Belarusian mobile networks subscribers – for TALKATIVE life:) and OUR life:) subscribers;
   • “Adding/changing lovely number” within offer where this possibility is exist;
   • Internet and WAP;
   • “life:) Internet” bundles;
   • “life:) SMS 1000” bundle;
   • “Tariff plan changing”, CLIR, Call Baring, Voice Mail, “Removing the SIM-card lock”, “SIM-card replacement”;
   • "Static IP".
3. Bonuses don’t affect the refill condition of tariff plans.
4. If subscriber cancels the contract money from the bonus account are not refunded.
5. The validity period of each bonus is 30 days from the moment of granting it to the bonus to the bonus account. Unused bonus is cancelled after this term.
