Via service "Balance transfer" funds are transferred only from subscriber's main account and fully credited to main account of another subscriber, are not taxed and do not have a validity period.

Attention!
For making calls at 0 Br to all life:) numbers it is necessary to refill your account for an amount of not less than 15 000 Br by one payment once per 30 days by any other method. Besides, receiving money via “Balance transfer” service doesn’t extend your contract’s lifetime.

When terminating a service contract with life:), all money received via service “Balance transfer” from any subscriber's number including those that are registered on the same subscriber are not returning. These money may be used only for the life:) services.

Who can use the service?
“Balance transfer” service is available to all individual life:) subscribers. Corporate customers can’t send and receive money with this service.

“Balance transfer” service is not available for “SUPER life:)” and “Classical SUPER life:)” tariff plans subscribers.

You can transfer money from your account even if you are not in active status. Money transfer is not possible if you are using barring.

Cost of service
Cost of one transfer transaction is 100 Br excluding VAT (individuals are not charged).
Attention! Cost of service will be debited from your account firstly, and only after this will be debited sum, that you transfer.

Balance transfer in roaming
You can send and receive money with this service while roaming abroad.
USSD inquiries (*120#) in roaming are free of charge.
