How to use the service?

• To use the service, both companions should be in the 3G coverage area and their mobile phone should support video function.
• To use 3G life:) services, please, make sure that your phone supports 3G (UMTS) standard and transferred to a dual mode system (you can choose the "dual mode" in your phone menu) or select 3G life:) network manually.
• Using “life:) VIDEO CALL” service you can communicate not only with 3G life:) subscribers, but also with subscribers of velcom and MTS 3G network and 3G network subscribers from abroad.
• It is recommended to use headset of your mobile phone for a better sound perception in noisy places.

Who can use the service?

Service “ life:) VIDEO CALL” is available to all 3G life:) subscribers.

Service cost

The cost for calls in service is 390 Br/min*.
Charging interval in “life:) VIDEO CALL” service corresponds to the charging interval for voice calls of your tariff plan.

The cost of international calls for “life:) VIDEO CALL” service corresponds to the cost of international voice calls of your tariff plan.

*All tariffs are in Belarusian rubles, without VAT (from individuals are not charged) as per 03.10.2011.
