Thereby, you put chosen by you music video in queue for going on air. Queue of music videos going (result of voting in real time) is shown by way of displayed banners. Video music with maximum quantity of gathered votes goes first on air. Music videos, having equal quantity of votes, go on air on first-served basis.
If you voted for a music video, which was on air during last three hours, then queue of going on air of this music video is “frozen”, that will be shown by a special symbol on the banner in the system of voting. This music video will stand in a queue for going on air after three hours from the moment of its last appearance on air.
If the music video has a restriction in time of going because of mental and ethical reasons, then despite of time of vote acceptance for it, this music video will goin period from 23:00 till 6:00, on first-served basis.

The "VTV" reserves the right not to place the information, stated in the message if:

Rules of rendering of interactive services at the "VTV":
Messages of the following kind are not allowed:
- detractive honor and dignity of the President of Belarus, chiefs of state bodies, status of which is established by the Constitution of Belarus, and also organizations of any forms of ownership;
- encroach on morality, honor and dignity of citizens;
- propaganda of war and aggression;
- with appeal of seizure of power, forcible change of constitutional system, violation of, territorial integrity of the republic;
- inflaming national, social, racial, religious intolerance or discord;
- disclosure of information, which is a state or other specially protecting by law secret;
- containing appeal for activity, which is punishable in criminal order;
- distributing information on behalf of political party, trade unions or other public association;
- commercial type from organizations and individual entrepreneur (massage, manicure, hairdresser’s services at home, club and concert announcement etc.)
- favoring of disclosure of unfinished inquest materials, materials of preliminary investigation and legal actions without written permission of a person , who is making inquest, investigator or judge correspondingly, and also materials, received in consequence of carrying out of operational and search activity.
- messages, in which telephone number is stated.
- evidently of a sexual kind and with a commercial implication: " …invite to have a good time, …man (woman) with a high income, …well-to-do, …without financial problems, …emancipated", uninhibited.
- contradicting generally accepted norms of morality;
