Information service “Mobile service 145” is designed to call short number 145 from any phone and from any corner of Belarus, and you could get the most complete information regarding maintenance, acquisition, operation, or loss of your mobile phone.

Call cost - 800 Br/min.
Calls shorter than 10 sec. are not charged.
The service is provided from Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00; Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 (except Government holidays)

Operators of mobile service 145 will help you in the following situations:
- The phone is not working or not working properly;
- No network or recurring problems with communication;
- The phone got wet;
- No image on the display;
- Problems with charging, etc.

You may get consultation also on following:
- About the Internet connection via mobile phone or via USB-modem;
- About roaming when leaving the Republic;
- About the selection of phone model/accessories on the required characteristics.

Dial 145 and you will prompt the causes of possible failures in your phone and how to address them. And also provide information about repair phone shops in the city of Minsk and other cities of Belarus.
