The service “Static IP-address” provides an opportunity for life:) subscribers to use a permanent IP-address when accessing the Internet.

Having a permanent IP-address, you can arrange remote access to your terminals or computers, organize own networks, provide access to mail servers, play online games, access resources with limited access, where authentication of user by IP-address is required, create own services, where a clear identification of user on the network is required.

What is “IP-address”

IP-address – it’s a unique identifier for your terminal (computer, laptop, etc.) on the Internet.

When you connect to the Internet, each user receives unique IP-address. It allows to identify you on the Internet, which is a mandatory for information exchange. Generally, IP-addresses assigned to users dynamically, i.e. one IP-address is valid within running Internet connection. If you will access to the Internet next time, then to your terminal a unique new IP-address will be assigned.

When using particular static (permanent) IP-address, unique IP-address is assigned to you and remains on permanent basis when making each Internet connection.

Rules for providing the service “Static IP-address”:

Activation fee for “Static IP-address” – 6 900 Br per month.

• To activate/deactivate “Static IP-address” services, please, dial *120*5*1# . At the same time on a personal account you must have an appropriate amount of money which is automatically deducted at the moment of activation.
• Service “Static IP-address” is valid for 30 days from the date of subscription. On expiration of service duration, if the account balance is sufficient, subscription to service is automatically prolonged for next period. You'll be notified by SMS about the successful prolongation of the subscription.
• Static IP-address within the service “Static IP-address” is assigned automatically from an array of IP-addresses. Information about an array of existing IP-addresses is not available.
• In order to change the current static IP-address, a service “Static IP-address” should be activated again before the expiration of the subscription period for the service (30 days).
  

Pay attention! When changing an existing static IP-address, money are written off from personal account as for service activation, and the period of the service validity (30 days) is counted from the moment of assigning a new IP-address.

• If at the end of subscription period for service “Static IP-address” the account will not be sufficient, the automatic prolongation will be possible in case of account replenishment during 5 days. After this period, the service will be deleted, and the current static IP-address will be returned to an array of IP-addresses.
• To deactivate service “Static IP-address” it is necessary to dial *120*5*2# .
• All tariffs are in Belarusian rubles without VAT (individuals are not charged) as per 03.10.2011.

Activation/deactivation of “Static IP-address” service for corporate clients, regardless of form of payment is made on the basis of written application. Information about submitting application is available at Corporate sales department – phone +375 25 9090811.

When corporate clients are served on prepaid terms subscribing for service “Static IP-address”, as well as for its automatic renewal, on the account must be an appropriate amount for services “Static IP-address”. The subscription cost for the service “Static IP-address” for corporate clients, served on the terms paying by fact, is included automatically into the bill for the services rendered.
