- Voice calls and videocalls are charged per 1 minute;
- Forwarded calls are charged at the tariffs for outgoing calls, depending on the direction forward.
All tariffs are in Belarusian rubles, without VAT (from individuals are not charged) as per 3.10.2011.
You should know:
- Providing all kinds of services to the tariff plan "COMFORTABLE life:)» made on a prepaid basis;
- To inquire your balance and amount of bonuses dial *100#;
- To inquire the information about the duration of Internet-packets, sms-packages, video calls, bonuses, free minutes dial *105# ;
- Maximum call duration in life:) network on " COMFORTABLE life:)" tariff plan is 30 minutes. However number of calls per day (month) is not limited;
- Calls to directory services and to entertainment services are charged at special tariffs. Additional information and rules for providing services (including SMS, GPRS, WAP, etc.) is contained in the "Services" section;
- By default, to individual subscribers include the following services: voice calls (incoming and outgoing); reception and transmission of SMS; caller identification, call forwarding, waiting/call hold, international roaming, conference calling, "Who called?"; Internet; WAP; MMS; "Again in the network, "Call me";
- Emergency calls (Fire rescue - 101, Police - 102, Ambulance - 103, Gas emergency service - 104) are free of charge;
- It is possible to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS and use other life:) services during 180 days period from the moment of SIM-card activation (first call) or refill for any amount. If during the last 180 days subscriber didn’t make any refill daily fee for the "Number saving” service starts charging for saving number in the Operator’s network. If after 180 days since the last refill or SIM-card activation subscriber has not enough money for number saving on his account, the agreement on provision of telecommunication services is deemed unilaterally terminated and telephone number returns to the Operator for the further usage.
