- This tariff plan is provided on a constant basis;
- Voice calls and video calls are charged per 30 seconds;
- All services on the tariff plan "FREE life:)» is prepaid;
- Since the moment of SIM-card activation or in case of paid changing tariff plan to «Free life:)» the calls to all numbers of life:) subscribes will tariff by 0 Br/min. These minutes can be used within 30 days of the SIM-card activation or changing tariff plan. After these 30 days calls to all life:) numbers are charged for 199 rub./min.
- Also, for each refill for 10 000 rub./ 15 000 rub./ 20 000 rub. and more one payment is given unlimited minutes for 0 rub./min. to all life:) numbers by 7/ 15/ 30 days respectively after refill. If there is no of the next refill after 7/ 15/ 30 days calls within life:) network are charged at 199 rub./min. Money transferred via "Balance transfer" does not influence on calculation of minutes for 0 rub./min. to all life:) numbers.
- Maximum call duration in life:) network is 30 minutes. However number of calls per day (month) is not limited;
- The cost and conditions of changing to "FREE life:)" tariff plan You can find on page "How to change the tariff plan";
- All tariffs are in Belarusian rubles, without VAT (from individuals are not charged) as per 3.10.2011.
You should know:
- By default, to individual subscribers include the following services: voice calls (incoming and outgoing); reception and transmission of SMS; caller identification, call forwarding, waiting/call hold, international access, international roaming, conference calling, "Who called?"; Internet; WAP; MMS; Number Saving;
- By default, to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs subscribers include the following services: voice calls (incoming and outgoing); reception and transmission of SMS; caller identification, call forwarding, waiting/call hold, conference calling, "Who called?"; Internet; WAP; MMS; Number Saving;
- To inquire your balance and amount of bonuses dial *100#

- To inquire the information about the duration of Internet-packets, sms-packages, video calls, bonuses, free minutes dial *105# ;
- Not included in the tariff plan "Free life:)» services offered to subscribers of all tariff plans are billed separately on approved tariffs.
- Calls to directory services and to entertainment services are charged at special tariffs. For additional information please refer to the "Services" section;
- Emergency calls (Fire rescue - 101, Police - 102, Ambulance - 103, Gas emergency service - 104) are free of charge;
- Forwarded calls are charged at the tariffs of outgoing calls according to call forwarding destination;
- It is possible to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS and use other life:) services during 180 days period from the moment of SIM-card activation (first call) or refill for any amount. If during 180 days subscriber didn’t make any refill daily fee for the “Number saving” service starts charging for saving number in the Operator’s network. If after 180 days since the last refill or SIM-card activation subscriber has not enough money for number saving on his account, The Agreement on provision of telecommunication services is deemed unilaterally terminated and telephone number returns to the Operator for the further usage. Receiving money via “Balance transfer” service doesn’t extend your contract’s lifetime.
